Erin McAuliffe’s primary focus is on a wide range of real estate litigation, including both commercial and residential real estate disputes throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. Clients benefit from her holistic approach, viewing each situation from all vantage points to gain an accurate understanding of the issues at hand and then guiding them through the legal system as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Prior to joining GDL, Erin gained significant litigation experience while working on matters involving business disputes, commercial collections, real estate, and title claims litigation, commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, and other types of civil matters.

After law school, Erin served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert A. Greenberg in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
During law school, Erin gained experience as a certified student attorney by participating in the Columbus Community Legal Services General Practice Clinic in Washington D.C. Erin also participated in the Criminal Prosecution Clinic at the Montgomery County, Maryland State’s Attorney’s Office Maryland.
