Judy Goldman has over 25 years of experience in a wide range of complex real estate transactional matters, including transactions involving the development of new residential communities and commercial developments, as well as mixed-use developments. Ms. Goldman’s practice includes the representation of developers in the acquisition and financing of real estate and the development of the contemplated improvements on the site, the structuring, preparation and negotiation of joint development agreements among developers of various components of larger mixed-use communities, the establishment of condominium regimes and homeowner association communities, and master umbrella associations for larger mixed-use communities, the negotiation of joint venture arrangements among developers, and general corporate matters. In addition, Ms. Goldman represents real estate developers in the acquisition, financing and operation of multifamily properties, commercial office buildings and retail centers. Ms. Goldman’s clients include developers of residential communities, owners of office buildings, and real estate investors. Ms. Goldman’s real estate acquisition and development practice involves the preparation of negotiation of letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, easements, restrictive covenants, loan agreements and other loan documents, condominium documents, homeowner association documents, master association documents, and joint venture agreements.

Ms. Goldman is a founding shareholder of GDL. Ms. Goldman represented EYA in all aspects of the development of the Capitol Quarter: Phase 1 project, which won a prestigious Jack Kemp Award for Outstanding Housing Development from the Terwilliger Center of the Urban Land Institute.
